Representing Mongolia at the annual Uzakrota Travel Summit held in Istanbul, Turkey, Tapatrip.com competed with 82 world-class companies such as FlyHUB, Hotelrunner, Paximum, Travelzone, Bookworld, etc. to be awarded with the World’s Leading Travel Scaleup award in 2022.
Uzakrota Travel Summit is one of the biggest conference and foyer areas for online travel agencies, airline companies, hotels, travel agencies, travel tech startups, hospitality investors, venture capitalists, tech companies, and distribution tech companies. The summit is considered one of the most influential events and is unique in that it is a forum for connecting major companies with the brightest minds and experts in the travel industry from around the world with the participation of 10,000 tourism professionals, 200 speakers, and over 200 companies from all around the world.
For the first time from Mongolia, Tapatrip.com participated in this year’s meeting and introduced the company to the international arena. The founder and CEO Batgerel Z. participated as a panelist in the main and branch discussions and presented the blockchain-based incentive program that is newly introduced in the tourism sector, which attracted a lot of interest from companies operating in this sector.
